Any file or program located here is in ZIP format for easier downloading.  Speed of these downloads depend on your computer and method of connection, but it'll be worth it!

Some people have experienced problems downloading the larger files.  By trying it myself, I've experienced better results late at night or in the wee  hours of the morning when the server isn't as busy.

Some items in this download directory have been removed to free up precious server space needed for other purposes.  However, I left the essentials!

QUICKTIME BROWSER PLUG-IN
This site as well as many others are incorporating sound into their pages that play in the background.  This site uses WAV, MIDI, and MP3 sound files for background music and special effects.  If you hear sounds on some of my pages then you probably already have this plug-in or one that will work for you.  If you do NOT hear sounds (and your speakers are on) then you might consider downloading QUICKTIME.  It will work and configure itself to play the sound files in Microsoft Internet Explorer ( as well as IE based aftermarket browsers) and Netscape (as well as other Mozilla based browsers).  It is also suggested that you have updated versions of these browsers as well.  The basic version of QUICKTIME is FREE!

Total Commander is the most powerful program I've ever had the pleasure of using.  More than a shell, more than an "explorer", more than a file manager, more than anything I can describe simply, it does a little of everything.  It is the ULTIMATE file manager....with built in everything.  It ZIPS and UNZIPS, has a built in detailed disk search, has an FTP transfer agent built in, and SO MUCH MORE!!

Irfanviewer
Irfanviewer is the most powerful graphic viewer I've found.  Besides all the standard formats, it'll view things that other programs cannot, including animations.  It can also make very powerful adjustments and add special effects to your graphics and photos.  It'll play almost any kind of media file, including the MP3 music files (above) and MAC files on a PC.  It will play movies, music, and almost anything else you can throw at it.  It is fully configurable.  And it's FREEWARE!!  Comes in six files here....the program and the Plug-Ins.  Get them all for full functions!!
